Randall Peña, its Broker-Owner, is a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics graduate with a major in Computer Science at the University of Sto. Tomas. After his 12-year career in the world of Software Engineering and Information Technology, he went back home from his U.S. assignment, left his I.T. job, and joined his long-time friends to sell real estate. He got his broker's license in 2012 and has enjoyed it ever since.

Before setting up his own brokerage, he was one of the top producers of DMCI Homes and SMDC from 2012 to 2018 under the brokerage group Integrity Realty.

He is obsessed with fusing technology and the discipline of the sales profession. He is passionate about helping real estate agents bridge timeless sales practices and modern-day sales productivity tools. 

He is also a Certified International Property Specialist, a Digital Marketing Strategist, and an Interactive Virtual Tour creator. His areas of interest are Real Estate Investing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Sales Intelligence Tools, 360 Photography, Virtual Tour Technologies, and CRM Software.

Randall shared with the RE/MAX network his goal to get better in growing his business and servicing his clients at the highest level. In his words, he wanted to win and take his brokerage further.
