ASV is an Ayala Premiere community that was developed over 20 years ago by Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI). It is 210-hectare piece of land located along Daang Hari road of Las Pinas City, bounding the north portion, Muntinlupa on the East and Bacoor, Cavite on the South. It was initially intended to be converted into Material Recovery Facility to address the growing garbage disposal problem of Sm Malls.
At present, the area is subdivided into three (3) areas; Phase 1 (now known as Primera) with a lot area of 27 hectares, Phase 2 (Sonera) with 28 hectares and the remaining undeveloped area of about 155 hectares collectively known as INFRA. The total sq. area of ASV is approximately 295,152 sq.m. with Primera (located in Molino VII, Bacoor, Cavite) comprising 162,569 sq.m. covering 311 lots while Sonera, which is part of Almanza Dos, Las Pinas making up the remaining 132,683 sq.m. comprising 257 lots.
At that time, the Daang Hari Rd. ended right by Southvale Drive (which is also known as the Spine Road) gate. Today, Daang Hari extends all the way to Molino, Bacoor and leads right into the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (also known as MCX).
ASVHAI accepted the maintenance and financial responsibilities of Primera on October 1, 2001 thru the Board of Directors then headed by President Zolio de Guzman. From starting with just 24 families at the end of 2001, we now have over 275 families residing at both phases in ASV.
The ASV Homeowners Association or the ASV HoA is governed by a Board of Directors composed of three (3) Directors from each district (Primera and Sonera). The by-laws also provide for one (1) Director coming from the developer, Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI). Elections are held yearly with each district representative taking turns being the President. There are 3 Directors (2 from one district and 1 from the other district) who will be elected for a 2-year term while the rest assume a 1-year term.
