Joel Arcenas, a seasoned realtor with an impressive background, has recently become a part of the RE/MAX family on April 20, 2023, representing RE/MAX Metro with his partners. This marks another significant milestone for RE/MAX Philippines as RE/MAX Metro continues to achieve their goal of connecting the Philippines to a wider international market.

Before his venture into real estate, Joel gained valuable experience as a Stockbroker at the Makati Stock Exchange from 1989 to 1996. Inspired by his mother's remarkable success as a realtor since the mid-1980s, he decided to follow in her footsteps. After passing the Realtor's test, Joel became an active broker, specializing in the leasing and sales market of prime residential villages in Makati, Alabang, and Pasig. His expertise also extended to warehouse and office/commercial listings.

One of the principles that Joel credits for a broker's success is providing excellent service to clients. He believes that diligently attending to their needs should be a commitment to professionalism that every broker must live by. 

Joel had long been impressed by the REMAX history since its foundation in Colorado. Moreover, he had the privilege of witnessing the exemplary work ethic and professionalism of RE/MAX brokers he met and was able to work with over the years.
