RE/MAX is proud to announce that last October 26, 2022, Eddie Santos, Broker- Owner of RE/MAX Regent, successfully renewed his brokerage's partnership with RE/MAX Philippines, adding five years more to their decade-long relationship.

When asked about how the RE/MAX organization helped his business, he said:

"Owning a RE/MAX Franchise has helped me grow my business more than 10-folds. In fact, our International Headquarters in Denver has honored me as among the Top 100 Agents in 7 of the last eight years in terms of commissions earned. Along the way, I have met some of the nicest and most helpful people in the industry. What I like most about our RE/MAX network is  that everyone helps each other fulfill their goal in closing a deal." 

Aside from a thriving business, the decision to remain with RE/MAX was because of its unique culture. He happily shared how the company still gives him reasons to be excited about:

"I am truly excited to explore new opportunities as our RE/MAX family continues to grow. I love everything about REMAX, the team, the agents, and also the training. Despite being 23 years in the business, I always learn something new from my peers. It is my sincere hope that I can do more business with all of our RE/MAX franchises."

Eddie has been a professional realtor for more than two decades, and in that time, he's seen and learned a lot of things. He knows the major role service and values play in running a successful people-centered business. It is another ideal that Eddie shares with RE/MAX.

"Honesty, Integrity, and Passion -- these are the values I hold dear to my heart in my real estate profession. Since I deal with clients of all nationalities and different personalities, it is important that I listen attentively to their needs. I make it a point to work as hard as possible to ensure favorable results for them. My day often starts at 6:00 am when I read all my emails, read thru contracts, and start making calls and then several showings throughout the day."

For the next five years, Eddie will continue to share his experience, expertise, and values within the organization—and RE/MAX is looking forward to seeing what else he can accomplish locally and globally as a leader and a mentor. When asked about his future plans for his business, he said:

"I plan to continue enhancing my business with the proper technological tools in this rapidly changing landscape. In the next five years, I hope to impart my experience to the newer breed of REMAX agents. Indeed, I look forward to a lifetime of magical experiences in continuing to provide homes to our clients."
