This significant milestone, marked on January 8, 2024, brings together their wealth of experience in Information Technology (IT) and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, positioning them to make a mark in the real estate business.

Girlie and Jae, with backgrounds in IT and diverse industries, have built a substantial network of contacts both in the Philippines and overseas. Recognizing the perfect timing to collaborate and build a legacy, they chose the real estate industry as their next venture.

Having served in various IT roles, including a long-term employment with a multicultural organization, Girlie decided to retire during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and ventured into a fast fashion online business. On the other hand, Jae's extensive IT experience led him to provide technology and business management consulting to companies embarking on digital transformation.

The couple shares a unique perspective on excellent customer service, focusing on core values such as customer experience, treating people well, and compassion. Their approach emphasizes creating a positive interaction, considering individual values and beliefs, and demonstrating genuine interest in helping or addressing issues.

When it came to choosing a franchise, EstateWise applied three crucial pillars: profitability, repeatability, and sustainability. Looking ahead to 2024, EstateWise has ambitious plans, aiming to recruit 20 property agents/broker. Their focus will be on the buy, sell, or lease of residential and commercial properties in Metro Manila and CALABARZON.

In 2026, the vision expands further, targeting a milestone of closed deals by retaining 60 property agents/brokers. The focus will extend to residential and commercial properties in Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, and the Ilocos Region.

By 2028, EstateWise envisions sustaining operational growth with 100 property agents/brokers. The focus will encompass residential and commercial properties in Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, the Ilocos Region, Central Visayas, and Western Visayas.
