Mara Dimalanta, the Managing Partner of RE/MAX Unlimited, led the training last March 30 and discussed how to generate leads, how to pre-qualify buyers, and what the responsibilities are of a buyer's agent. Attended by more than a hundred participants, the masterclass covered a mix of technical and insightful subtopics including anecdotes and case studies on how agents represent buyers and guide them from the start to the close.

This month's mentor, Mara, is a consistent award-winning Licensed Real-estate Broker who specializes in high-end to upper mid-market properties in the areas of Makati, BGC, and other prime developments south of Metro Manila.

Momentum Masterclass sessions are scheduled every other month where RE/MAX expert brokers are invited to conduct a three-hour online masterclass on highly specialized real estate topics.
